I cannot praise Abraham highly enough. Right from the beginning when he came for estimates he conveyed a sense of positivity, service and confidence which is why I selected SERVPRO to do the job and he did not disappoint! He and his team went above and beyond and did a great job for us in a timely manner. Abraham was a very calm and steady help during a very stressful time and was patient and caring and responded to all my questions! SERVPRO of SW San Jose is very fortunate to have him and should give him a raise and promotion!

The people at SERVPRO of SW San Jose are simply amazing. I had a small kitchen fire that didn't do a lot of damage to the house, but it did spread soot throughout the entire house. Every service was absolutely covered in it. I have a medically fragile child at home and the people at SERVPRO worked very hard for four days straight to get every surface in the house wiped down so my child wouldn't have respiratory problems. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. I whole-heartedly recommend their company.

I simply want to take the time to thank Nancy who was the person that assisted me with the services at SERVPRO of SW San  Jose. She was thoughtful and showed concern during all the madness that happened after the fire. SERVPRO of SW San  Jose  was fast and completed the job fairly quickly.  I hope you never find yourself in this situation, but if you do call Nancy she was great and will work with you to get your place up and running fast.

I had a great experience working with Marc and Abraham (and team). My landlord put me in touch with them after my apartment was essentially destroyed due to a fire in the apartment above mine. Marc was my point person and very responsive throughout the entire the process. I met Abraham at my old apartment and he was very mindful about trying to salvage anything the things that were particularly important to me. And when they dropped off the items they were able to salvage the boxes were all labeled and it was easy to go through and find things. 

For a pretty unpleasant experience, these guys made the process very seamless. I would definitely recommend.

I want to write to thank you for assigning Allen Khosahabeh as the project manager to handle my case.  I really can't thank you enough.

My townhouse in Menlo Park caught fire in late January last year, while I was away.  The smoke damage was extensive.  I ended up having to gut the building, seal the frame, and rebuild.  Because of the fire and heat, the damage to my belongings was massive.

As you can imagine, I was in shock the first few days.  I really didn't know what to do. Luckily my insurance company sent out SERVPRO.  Your team -- with Allen managing the group -- was there the very next day, well before the insurance adjusters and anyone beyond the fire department.   

Allen was great: He was understanding and supportive. He was reassuring when I needed it most, and he followed up on all his promises. He explained the process step-by-step, and helped me keep my head on straight through the first few weeks when I had no idea what I should be doing.

I had no idea who to get as a contractor for the repair work, so I turned to Allen, as I always did through this process.  He put me in touch with Steve Klimowski of SERVPRO of San Jose, who handled all the contractor work.  Steve is another gem.

It's been a long process to get back to my place, but Allen has been there supporting me the entire time.  I really could not ask for any more.

I would not wish a fire on anyone, but if anyone has to go through such a calamity, I can only hope they have the great fortune to get SERVPRO to help them.
